Bigg Ross is totally correct: just visiting a website does not equate illegal activity. You would actually have to take some action in downloading items to do illegal activity. Well, if you set up a bogus link on any site which leads others into giving up sensitive and private information, which is called Phishing, then that would be illegal too. It isn't always just downloading items which is illegal, but that is sort of out of the scope of this question.

No, just visiting a site is not illegal. However, sites like that can infect your system. Those types of sites which promote nudity, sex, and illegal activities often downloads malware to systems.

I would run a virus scan right away to check if the system has been infected and allow the program to clean up any malware it finds.

Good luck and have a great weekend.

No, just because you went to one doesn't mean you did anything illegal.

The only way it would be illegal is if you downloaded something and used it to get free software. Otherwise your safe.

Visiting is legal, downloading and using the cracks isn't.

You should run a virus scan and scan for adware, just to be safe.
