If you have freewill then you will be held accountable.

What is it to you how God may deal with others?

Isn't it how He deals with you that is the first and vital question?

I argue 'freewill' for everyone. The decision to declare someone dead, spiritually, belongs to God alone. Quite obviously a baby could never rightly be considered 'sinning' in any sense of the word. But, we are all born with it and it comes to full fruition a given time as we age. Babies are precious!

Yes. Babies can't help if they are murdered or harmed because they don't have the strength. That's why women are given maternal instinct so they can protect their children.

As for one who murdered the baby, (I'm assuming this is what you mean by "tragically), it was that persons choice to kill the child, not God's choice, if free will did not exist.

When a baby dies (Leaves the Earth for Good), GOD Almighty Recreates their Spirit and Takes them on to Heaven, where they continue to Grow and are Waiting to See their Family.
They Miss their Family.

GOD don't Miss a One of Them There Baby's!

No. But we have created a fallen world. The effects do not fall evenly. Very often others suffer for the harm we have done to our world.
