i need help my bra size is 34C and i'm only 5 ft! do sports bras make ur boobs look smaller? do you have any suggestions?

I had the same problem growing up. If you're really uncomfortable with this, I would suggest a minimizer bra--it's not quite a sports bra, but it's made to help you look smaller without looking funny or squished. Some of these may be a little pricier than normal bras, but it may be a good option for you. Also, I would stay away from trying to hide with baggy or shapeless shirts. This will make you look bigger all over. You'll end up looking sloppy, not smaller. Trust me, I know what a pain this is--I was a C-cup by 13, and it was annoying, especially as i continued growing, but now I can't picture life without the girls! Hope I helped.

Well some girls develop sooner than others. I had a C at your age and went up to Ds when I turned 16. Sports bras might help support but it might get painful after a while, having them squished down constantly. Just get a well fitting bra and you will thank yourself later. You'll need support if you don't want those puppies to sag

Reminds me of a friend I had who was short and skinny and had a bunch of D's following her bra number. She had to special order her bras. Her's were all natural.
My aunt had the same situation. Short, skinny and gigantic.
The answer to this problem is to lose weight if you are overweight. Otherwise sports bras can help minimize as they squish the breasts. They may not offer enough support, so watch out for droopiness.

Sports bras do make them appear smaller...they also support them better so that you can still do everything you want to do...make sure you spend the money and get quality bras...don't buy the cheap ones...they won't help you at all...

Dont hide the wonder gift from god. Since your only 13 yes a sport bra would make it apprea to look smaller, they are still 34C. But you should holla at me in 5 years when you legal!

But yes, sports bras do make your boobs look smaller because it smashes them against your body. I have never been comfortable with them.

sports bras will squish them down a little, but the support wont be as good underneath. alls i can say is be prepared to have lots of boys checking you out at school. good luck sweety

wear a sports bra, they do make you look smaller.
don't worry, it will be an advantage in later life!
my friend is 15, 5 foot like you, and she is a 34E. trust me she doesn't mind. lol!
