Neither. Bill Gates has used his money to improve the world through the Gates Foundation, which is more than can be said for the majority of rich people out there (like Paris Hilton, for example, who is a waste of oxygen). Jobs has done a lot to emphasize the importance of design and elegance in computing, and even if I hated him I'd feel badly that he has cancer.
