1) Why do you have to be 13 to play? Is it because of violence or something else?

2) Do you think it's ok for me to play? I'm almost 12 (using mom's account)

No one is going to come to your house and arrest you for playing the Pirates of the Caribbean game online. Who cares what age you are, just play.

where's the game? you need to give more detail. i would guess its because of violence.
