Because on the initial charge they had a bond issued, but when she court, or while still in jail, there were more charges added and / or she had a warrant.
So they are now holding her without bond. Meaning, she is not eligible to be offered any amount of bond to allow her release pending trial.
She has a Failure to Appear there... and that's a warrant.. and that means she is a flight risk, and that warrant already had a bond, so it can't be amended... But the Theft charge is a PC arrest and so the bond was removed.
This happens routinely... example, I arrested a woman a while back on a warrant for Cruelty to Animals, a felony, with a $750.00 bond.
While in the joint, we found more offenses she had been committing that were also animal neglect charges. The bond on the warrant of $750 was already set and could not be changed. But we did add on charges of 2 more PC arrest counts and she was given a NO BOND by the judge on the new charges.

Hard to answer all you questions even with the link but some information you may find helpful.
It appears by her record that she was bonded on the first charge and failed to appear later so the bond was revoked and she went back to Jail and the additional charges which suprises me you say the Judge is very strick yet he has allowed bond again for the other charges as well one of which is much the same crime. Each violation has its own bond and fine they don't ball them all together each is set based off of the violation and then settled in court when the case comes to trial.
As for how long in Jail well that depends on the out come of the trial seeing how it appears she failed to satisfy the first bond they may keep her till the tial day and subsuquently keep her for each additional trial date unless she can find someone to bond her. If you read the link all bonds have been with held or held so they feel risk of flight i would say she will probley stay in jail until she has gone to court on each charge.
Hope this helps

Just because the judge didn't give her any fines for this offense she still has to pay bond to get out of jail. They might be holding her for her other fines. After checking her record the failure to appear on a previous count might keep her in jail until she sees the judge. I'd get in touch with a bondsman or a lawyer.

Either she has other warrants and the judge wants her to stay in jail until trial or the crime is so small that she will be released on a promise to appear.
But you may call the jail and ask when she will be released so you can pick her up..they might tell you if she is being held without bond or will be released sometime.

Well if you look at the other charges it looks like she has a total of $896 of surety bonds! All you have to do is contact the jail that she is in and ask them what her total bond is and they will tell you the total and if bond is posted when she is able to be released!
good luck
