I've done almost a complete overhaul on my eating habits and I've been having an issue with breaking out after I eat processed sugars (ie candy). Is there any way around this??? Is it an allergic reaction? My body's way of telling me no?

Your body certainly is telling you no.

I've never broken out, but processed sugars- in excess- can make me ill. And my mother can't eat them at all: She's diabetic.

There are sugar substitutes you can use, such as Stevia. And some fruits are naturally sweet, so you might consider using them if you want that.

Good luck!

The breaking out after you eat a processed sugar is because your body is not dealing with the sugars, you have do much in your system, and candy etc is not the best for you anyway, but what you could do is a cleanse mostly in the intestine as this is where most of the bodys toxins are, so a colon cleanse would be good, and then find alternatives for the sugar..

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Don't eat processed sugars. Especially High-fructose corn syrup. It's poison for your body. Look what it's done to America - we live in a nation of fat, obese people that pop pills to lose weight and wash it down with high-fructose corn syrup drinks.

We're all going to die. Well, most of you are.
