I have a very old sugar jar & creamer set with makers mark...?

The makers mark, "USA", is impressed into the side at the bottom. I think this is ceramic, but I'm not sure. Do you know the mark, if not, do you know where I can find out who made it. They are very old and I am trying to find a value for them.

You could check EBay or look for a book on Depression Era crockery at the library - the USA mark is usually associated with McCoy it was an off shoot discount version of their more expensive styles. Good Luck!
