Where can you buy electric razors? Which kind are the best? What's suitable for a college student about to live in a dorm?

u can buy one pretty much anywhere, umm i would reccomend a Schick

You can get generic electric razors (Shick, Norelco, etc) at any department store like WalMart, KMart, etc. High quality razors like Braun will come from high-end department stores like Von Maur, Nordstrom, Saks, etc.
For a college dorm, I'd invest in a Norelco. They're not real expensive, the razor heads are easily replaceable if you ever need to, and you haven't lost much if it gets stolen or ends up crushed under three full kegs of beer.

Drug stores, deparment stores, Wal Mart, K Mart, just to mention a few. No electric razor cuts as shaves as close as a blade, so you will have minute stubbles which will be visible.

Well any department store can carry them. I have seen them in big retail places too like walmart etc. Just go with a name brand and expect to pay a bit for a good quality. That is what I did for my husband and it has worked out well.
