India has tested its nuke capabilities twice in past to validate its weapon power.it has declared self moratorium . However it should keep its sovereign right to test further, if required. A nuclear power needs to be self disciplined & should behabe responsibly to use nuke capabilities only as a deterrent. India is doing that & should continue irrespective of govt. in power.
