Once when I was at a Restaurant in Alcoa Tennessee, after saying grace before eating a man approached me and said that he wished more Christians would do as I did. My response to him was, that for most of my life I had proudly told and showed others I could drink more, kick more butt and take more drugs than any one else, I saw this life style a badge of honor. I went on to explain that now that I had found my way home to Christ I was now very ashamed of that life style but more ashamed that I did not do more to show people around me that I loved the Lord. I pray each day that God will strengthen me to speak out , testify and show others the joy he has brought into my life.

Answer: As for faith, Matt 8:5-13; Luke 7:1-14.
For the justification “not ashamed”, you have quoted Romans 10:11 (JKV). Paul is addressing the Israelites where he quotes several verses from the Old Testament. Romans 10:11 is Isaiah 28:16 (Greek not Hebrew Holy Scriptures).
Using a different version (NIV), we have Romans 10:11As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."
The Greek words for the phrases "not be ashamed", "never be put to shame" is "ou kataischunO" which means "not shall be disgraced." Strong 3756 2617
Isaiah 26:18 So this is what the Sovereign LORD says:
"See, I lay a stone in Zion,
a tested stone,
a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation;
the one who trusts will never be dismayed.
Please note the phrase is "ou kataischunO" is translated from "la ichish" translated "not he-shall-hurry".
So your phrase "Not ashamed to Call upon His Name" should read "Not shall be disgraced to Call upon His Name” if Paul was teaching using the Greek. Or “Not shall hurry to Call upon His Name” if Paul was teaching from the Hebrew. We know Paul’s letter to the Romans was in Greek. However in either case, the idea of being ashamed is not intended.
Your notion of repentence requires more than I have time; however, I would with John 8:2-11.
One final note: You may want to change your profile to use the spiritual truth of Psalm 100. It simply states that we are all His.

To hear with my heart
To see with my soul
To be guided by a hand I cannot hold
To trust in a way that I cannot see
That's what faith must be
When the universe fell from His fingertips
He decided He wanted some fellowship
But the man and the woman would not submit
So He made a better way
When the moment was right
He sent His own Son
And He opened the way so that everyone
Could have hope and believe
that when time was done
He'd be able to make us one
Now I understand that there is a key
It's Jesus in me, a reality
That God is in Christ and
that Christ's in me
That with faith I see what is unseen
That's what faith must be

I stand on the rock of Jesus Christ.
"Trust in the Lord forever,
For in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock." Isaiah 26:4
When I am weak He is my strength
When I am lonely He is my friend
When I rejoice He rejoices with me
When I can't even stand up, He lifts me up
When I start to stray He brings me back
Repentance is turning 180 degrees from going your own way to follow His way.
"Therefore since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us,let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Hebrews 12:1-2

I am not ashamed of the Gospel.
It is the power of God, and the salvation of all those who beleive.
Romans 1:16
Whom have I in heaven but you, nothing I desire but you, My heart and flesh may fail but not you, you are mine forever.
Psalm 73:25-26
Jesus Christ is my life, and the world can do nothing to seperate me from his love.
God has complete control over my life.
And I am proud to say that I'm only 14, and living for Jesus

I stand firmly in my belief of God the Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit!
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again;
he ascended into heaven,
he is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and he will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. AMEN.

Romans 5:2 - By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
1 Corithians 2:5 - That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
1 Corinthians 16:13 - Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
2 Corinthians 1:24 - Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.
Philippians 1:27 - Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
