where do microsoft conducts tests ? can;t hear any colleges do have it;s recruitments then how they recruit?do they recruit freshers?

Step 1) Learn to write better business English. If you're a final-year student, your boss-to-be will be expecting better language skills than this.

Step 2) It's usually hard *not* to find a Microsoft recruitment visit - there's usually lots of posters and ads and publicity involved.

Step 3) If your school doesn't have a Career Services office that helps with organizing interviews and recruiting, you *really* need to be at another school.

you are either a graduate or not a graduate.
you are never a final year graduate, but final year undergraduate student or final year degree student.
when the recruiter comes to college campus to recruit candidates for employment you are interviewed and if selected offered a job as regular employment or as a trainee.
so brush up apart from subject knowledge,presentation as well.
