Do you have to be a member of a church do go inside and sit down? I am not that religious, I am not sure what I believe in, but the other day I just felt like going to church and having a silent payer but I didnt want to go inside because I thought I might be in the wrong.

For Christian churches, the answer to that would be yes. Depending on the church, you may get more than you bargained for : open-arm welcome, invitation to lunch, and a follow-up call asking when you are coming back !!!

As far as I'm aware majority of Churches are open to public. Especially during the service hours.
I would be wary of any that wouldn't be. Just go ahead and visit the church of your choosing :)

Yes you can go into a church jesus shuns no one. We are all his children just some of us haven't accepted him.

I have with some liberal christian churches they ask your name shake your hand and show you a seat.
