am a broadcast student. i want to present a television programme.i want to learn how to hold the audience attention, plan and structurer a good presentation and how to have a good television personality.

Toastmasters has a program for that not on the internet they want you to learn by doing. There are membership dues and it takes awhile to get to that program, but Toastmaster could benefit anyone who wants to speak in front of an audience for a living.

You need to feel comfortable in front of people. So, since you're a student, volunteer to MC or help host variety shows and anything else with an audience. Does your school have a TV or radio station? Volunteer there. What about public access tv? Got that in your community? Yup, go there as well.
You might also consider taking some acting classes. They will help you with how to appear relaxed on the stage or in front of people.
You can't learn this off the internet. You have to learn this by experience.

you shouldnt really learn how to do it. it should come naturally to you. just be yourself in front of the camera. for plan and structure well just try and keep the audience interested for duration of show. -good interviews mixed in with middle of the road interviews, viewers will want to stay on channel to hear good interview coming up.

Most of the skills you would need aren't going to be learned online, they'd take physical interaction with the instructor and with audiences.

you wont find anything good for free. You have to spend money to make money.
