The mirror is a plain slab that is mounted to the wall by four plastic things. Its the typical bathroom mirror that you see. I have watched some of the design shows and have watched them add a border and do other cool things. I can't remember what and how....does anyone know?

Go to your local craft store and get peel and stick stensils and put in each corner line an L also frames, tiles or vines/floral makes a striking look. There is also stained glass figures you can glue on around the mirror.

There should be things that you can stick onto your mirror that will make it look etched or frosted. Try looking in a craft store, or perhaps a bed and bath store.

Good luck!

A little molding around it like a picture frame really dresses it up

One of my clients had the same problem
I transferred orchid photos onto 4.25x4.25" ceramic tiles and she installed them around the mirror--

and then she accessorized the bathroom with orchid accessories.

Of course you can use any theme you love.

Stencils outlining it

If you go to Michaels you can get tons of ideas! Easy and cheap too!!! I used wallies (wall stickers) of sunflowers to perk up my bathroom. Very cheap and nice looking!
