How can I communicate with someone in Russia or Norway, etc? Do I have to specify a particular language?

Do I have to specificy a language in QA and/or 360? Or does this stuff get around the globe automatically regardless of what language someone speaks? Or is all this translated somehow if one wishes? Thanks.

Because Russia and Norway don´t have their special sites on "Answers International" up to now, you will certainly have the best chance to meet users from these countries on the US-sites. Call them in English. The best sections will be "Languages" and "Travel".
