certain methods should be adopted for this. in india if himachal can polybags totally y cant the rest of the country. stop the govt. lets try to break the bond between the govt n the huge companies,like reliance from making huge profits at the cost of our environmrnt, ques is that how exactly do we do so.any answers??

No license is needed to manufacture polybags. In spite of what most liberal minded people in the world seem to believe today, the government does not and should not control everything we do. This of a free country and we have fought wars to maintain our freedom and I for one would fight and die in another war to maintain my freedom.

After 50 years people will cry for plastic due to it's scarcity in future. It is better if we conserve plastic and use it optimally for a sustained development. Government has a big role to play in this direction with cooperation from business community and public.
