If it bothers you so much it keeps you from doing normal activities like work, spending time with your friends and family, etc., maybe you should talk to a doctor.

If it doesn't cause you that much problem, you are probably just a sensitive person.

PS: Julie is not a psychiatrist; I would be very suspicious of anyone claiming to be a psychiatrist and can't even spell the word.

It sounds like it may be a bit of all of that... maybe some anxiety disorder, maybe paranoia, maybe a wild imagination. If you are looking for something to help relax you, I would recommend something natural vs. a drug, especially because drugs tend to have a LOT of side-effects.

The most popular things for general relaxation are Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops.... but some people actually wake up when they take these and are just very relaxed.

There are also some supplements that can help with stress and relaxation if you wanted natural help for that. There is St. John's Wart, SAMe, some B-Vitamins, GABA, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine.

It takes 21 days to either make or break a habit. As soon as you begin worrying, change thoughts. Tell yourself there is no reason to worry until there is real reason to worry. Keep that thought and train yourself to not worry about things you can't change.

You may have a disorder called anxiety disorder but if you are getting other things with it You might want to see someone. For example if the thoughts are confusing you, you see spots, you feel traped, or maybe even alittle paranoid to be in public. or if loud nouises bother you. You may have a condition called scioaffective its like scioaffrenia but with out the voices. and Its well alittle different. Still With out knowing a patient you dont really cant tell.
