Ideally, it means the right/ability to share everything should I and others choose to do so. Hopefully it would be done in Forgive Affirmed Spirit.

I've always thought that, at it's most basic, freedom is the inability of a person or group of persons to interfere with another.

Once that is established, then personal freedom for the individual is established as well

Freedom of Choice

[33:72] We have offered the responsibility (freedom of choice) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they refused to bear it, and were afraid of it. But the human being accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant.

[33:73] For GOD will inevitably punish the hypocrite men and the hypocrite women, and the idol worshipping men and the idol worshipping women. GOD redeems the believing men and the believing women. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

*33:72 The animals, trees, stars, etc. took advantage of this most gracious offer. See Appendix 7."

Freedom means limiting government. It means the Bill of Rights. It means eliminating unconstitutional government agencies like the departments of Energy, Education, Homeland Security, Federal Elections Committee, Health and Human Services & c.

Freedom is keeping government at state and local level except where he Constitution gives the national government authorization, for example: controlling immigration (which they refuse to do), coining money (which they have delegated to the Federal Reserve), declaring war (which they haven't done since December of 1941).

Instead, the federal government has usurped powers that it has no authorization for. That has resulted in a loss of freedom for the American people. Our politicians are bought and paid for by special interests BECAUSE the American people have allowed them to legislate and control areas that they have no business in.

If the free market were in force, the cost of gasoline would be much cheaper. Our politicians have been bought by the big oil companies. They prohibit anyone else from getting oil out of the ground. They tell us that they are concerned about the environment. In truth, they are working fo the big oil companies. Get rid of the Department of Energy, get government out of the energy business (protecting the big oi companies) and you will see prices drop.

Our politicians have arrogated the authority to tell us what firearms we may purchase. Where did they get that authority? They have taken over the security of the airlines. Where do they get that authority?

Freedom depends on limiting government. Restoring Constitutional government will result in restoring freedom.

SInce you asked, I'm voting for Ron Paul.
