Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases, you must examine the facts carefully. Proverbs 3: 5+ "Trust in the Lord with all your HEART, and lean not on your own understanding (thinking) , acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will make your paths straight".
I was reading the footnotes to my favorite verse once and it explained that leaning is like leaning on a crutch, so do we want to lean on our mere human minds, or do we want to lean on God who is all knowledge and power !!!!!!! I'd rather use God as my crutch than my old human brain !! Bless all of you today WEndy
