She is just laying still on the table and other places and bearly moves, she hasnt eaten anything as far as i know. Her eys are usually a bright green, and now they are a dull cloudy green. She looks like she had a stroke. Is there anything i can do to make sure she wont die if she is?

This is exactly what my cat did when she had a stroke, take her to the vet right now! I hope you already took her. She needs medication/fluids to get her blood pressure down before she suffers a terrible death.

give her water, and call your vet. ask whats wrong with her. maybe she did have a stroke. make sure she is cooled off. if everything fails take her to the vet.

Oh dear.

It may already be too late for you to do anything but comfort her as she goes. But if you want to try, call the vet, now!

This could be ANYTHING. Where do you get stroke from? Please, please get her to the vet. If you can't afford the vet, call and tell him and offer to clean cages or pay or credit. You need to reach out for help.
