But you are trying to get Software that is well upwards of $1,000 Free and you want it to be easy as well.
Studio Pro comes to mind , but it really depends on what you are dealing with in the way of what you refer to as Movie.
Home, Commercial, There ae diffferent Softwares for different functions, rarely do you get it all on one.

Why don't you just use Windows Movie Maker? It's so efficient, and you have no idea how much you can do with such a simple and easy-to-use software.
Of course, my answer would be useless if you use a Mac. :p
