1. As to basic building blocks
Computer: made up of atoms and elements some of which are carbon and iron
Brain : made up of atoms and elements some of which are carbon and iron
2. As to inter-dependence of parts
Computer : parts are inter-dependent to achieve purpose
Brain: parts are inter-dependent to achieve purpose
3. As to complexity
Computer: a complex machine
Brain: a more complex machine than the computer
4. As to use of codes
Computer: uses codes to communicate data
Brain: Uses codes to communicate data
5. As to chance of being formed by random shaking of parts (random chance)
Computer: Put all computer parts in a box, shake them every second for 1 Million years and you can not produce a working computer

6. As to capability of being reproduced
Computer: Can be reproduced by other humans with right design and parts
Brain: Can not be reproduced by humans
7. As to identity of designer/ maker
Computer: some known, some unknown
Brain: unknown
Based on the above facts, what can you conclude?
Conclusion 1: The structure, and function of the computer strongly suggest it was designed and made The identity (ies) of the designer and maker of the computer may be unknown but he/she sure exist. The same is true with the brain, its structure and function suggest that it was designed and made, but the maker is unknown.
Conclusion 2: Only if we know who the maker of the computer is, should we conclude that that computer was designed and made. Otherwise such computer was not designed/ or made.
Conclusion 3: The computer has a maker, but the brain has no maker ( it came about by chance ).

I choose conclusion # 1. Others refuse to recognize this. They cite "prejudiced differentiation"--like if a man has black hair that man is inferior to one with a blond hair.

Man, you just don't understand, or refuse to accept, the way the natural world works. First of all, in your additional part 6 where you said humans cannot reproduce brains... what do you think happens during embryonic development? Are you suggesting that the sperm and the egg combining does not have any bearing on neural development in the resulting embryo? Second, this arguement has been made erroneously over and over again for many years. The error is, and I will make myself clear: A COMPUTER, WATCH, OR WHATEVER TOOL YOU ARGUE FOR IS NOT MADE OF LIVING PARTS, A BRAIN IS MADE OF LIVING PARTS. Now, by living parts, I mean cells. A computer is made out of chips. Here are the differences:
Cells can respond to stimuli, grow, metabolize, adapt, and reproduce.
computer chips can, to a lesser extent and only collectively (not individually), respond to stimuli. Computer chips cannot grow, metabolize, adapt nor reproduce.
Adaptation and reproduction are the key elements here, because they are required for evolution to work. Cells can evolve, computers cannot. That is the core to the error in your arguement. If you are still not convinced, you should take a biochemistry class, if you are able to, and you will see how life works and evolves via chemical reactions which have nothing to do with divine intervention.
P.S. It is true that computer parts, if shaken in a box will probably not form a working computer. But this is from the view of the macro world we know. In the micro world which cells know, the interactions between atoms dominate. Cells are surrounded by a membrane of phospholipids (fats basically). If a drop of phospholipids were shaken in a jar of water, they will always form a little sphere called a micelle, which resembles a cell's membrane. This is due to the fact that the head of a phospholipid is soluable in water and will "want" to stay on the outside of the sphere touching water, while its lipid tail prefers to stay on the inside of the sphere away from water. It is purely chemistry, no divine intervention.

The Designer of the brain is an intelligence that man will never acquire until the Designer decides to give it to him.
Knowledge has increased because of the computer and Christ said in the latter days that knowledge would increase.
We even have a knowledge overload because man is not intelligent enough to take it all in. My what a Wonderful Creator I serve!!!

Conclusion 4: The computer was made by humans over the course of several decades. The brain is a product of several billion years of evolution, guided by natural selection, and not chance.
Let's try your logic on something else.
Liberace was a man. Liberace was homosexual.
Jesus was a man. Therefore, Jesus was homosexual.

So what is your logical conclusion?
That if you wave the magic wand that emits random bolts of radiation over inanimate matter it will self organize and "come alive" and codes far more complex than any code humans have come up with will all arise by chance transforming a primitive frog into a modern day prince as long as you wave the wand for millions of years and let natural selection erase all of the mistakes.

A physical computer is inorganic and only 'replicates' with our intervention (construction).
The computer did not 'evolve' or mutate like living cells evolve, it is a by-product, a tool. Made by a human.
