No... Look what it was like when he died... Do a little math. Figure out how old Noah was when Methuselah died, and what Noah did when he was that old. (Assuming there are no "holes" in the chronology between them.) You will probably decide HE died in the midst of "pure chaos."
...Solomon was much wiser.
1Kings 3:10 The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for wisdom. 11 So God replied, “Because you have asked for wisdom in governing my people with justice and have not asked for a long life or wealth or the death of your enemies— 12 I will give you what you asked for! I will give you a wise and understanding heart such as no one else has had or ever will have! 13 And I will also give you what you did not ask for—riches and fame! No other king in all the world will be compared to you for the rest of your life! 14 And if you follow me and obey my decrees and my commands as your father, David, did, I will give you a long life.”

Even if he did really live, he would not be the wisest man of all. Solomon was wisest in the Bible. It should be obvious that some men are born with high IQ's, while others are born with low ones. I am a genius, but my sister is an imbecile. If I had died the day I was born, I would've been wiser than she will ever be, if she lived forever.

No Solomon was the wisest man that ever lived, because he asked God for wisdom.
Living 900 years would carry a lot of wisdom because that person would have seen and heard many things.
If the Lord tarries, it will be more chaos. But I don't think the Lord will tarry too much longer.

No. Jesus Christ was the wisest man who ever lived. His teachings are the foundation of many of our beliefs and principles even today, i.e., the golden rule, better to give than receive, love your neighbor as you love yourself, turn the other cheek, and many, many more.
