Well this is weird but before you let your hormones run over your last stand of common sense ask your self this, do i like him for who he is, or is he just hot? If hes just hot then no dont do it, youll get yourself in one huge mess and things wont end well, but if you really like him then it dosent matter hes your neighbor.
