Lets say your weekly pay is $500
That makes $26,000 per year ($500 x 52 weeks)
Monthly pay would be $2166.66 ($26,000 divided by 12 months)
Does this help?

The average month is 4 1/3 weeks. There are no months with a full 5 weeks. Your pay should be for 4 1/3 weeks. If they pay for 4 weeks then every 3 months there would be an extra week.
