On a bicycle, at the fitness club, I usually burn 500 calories in 45 min. And I also do about 1 hour of heavy-lifting on various engines. So time flies too fast, and I feel that I haven't burnt enough calories .
Is there another exercise which can help to burn calories even faster ?
I mean, without losing muscles ( fat only), and without danger to the heart.
