I read it on the HP/Compaq website saying that;
Click Start , All Programs , System Recovery and then click PC Recovery Disc Creator .
but i couldn't find the SYSTEM RECOVERY under all programs. Please help, thanks!

windows doesn't have this function, you may need to purchase a third party software to do so. Windows does have an application called back-up or restore but can't be burnt onto CD/DVD directly.

You really can't do that. Contact Compaq and they can sell you the compele recovery disk for your computer it pretty cheap like $20 bucks.
