All paths diverge to the same place. R&S is a place to get information from all different types of people that have many differing belief systems. Yes, we are ALL connected. Each and every one of us has the Divine spark of God. Each and every one of us can also have the Holy Spirit.

I follow my heart where the spirit leads me. So, to answer your question, "Yes".

Of course not. All of us here may be on the highway, but those highways may not get us to the Highway. Life lived to its fullest is full of trial and errors. Even with a guide, it's not always easy to distinguish truth from falsehood. There are lots of gray areas. We have the capacity to find truth, but it's not always an easy or straight path. The capacity/seeds may already be planted inside us, but the soil of the heart and mind has to be plowed. Sometimes some of us fail and those seeds either don't sprout or sprout then wither. Life is precious and it is important to find and fulfill our spiritual destiny.

Do all paths lead to the highway?
Jesus would say 'no'.
In fact, he did:
"Broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it, whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.
Matthew 7:13.

sorry, you lost me briefly at the beginning...if y/a is directing your life, you have more 'issues' than reader's digest! as to whether all paths lead to the same highway, only time will tell...and you are right in that it IS an adventure with opportunities to learn and grow...my own personal feeling is that we CAN help others on their journey, whether they are on the same path or not...we just have to avoid being gobbled up by the trolls under the bridges along the way!

I am a highway engineer and I have this strange experience that all paths lead to highway or go away from it. We have to take care in taking direction, all paths are okay.

Yahoo doesn't direct my life, but I like to come here and be with the R&S "family". I feel strangely attached. I think all paths lead to one destiny.

I am the captain of my ship and it is heading toward deep water. No highways in sight. Destiny is too personal for each of us to lump in under yahoo answers.
