After a couple of months I started eating a ton of sweets too. Well now I have cut down drastically on the fast food and sweets and overeating and started exercising again. But I can't workout as much as I was before this all started.

Will this be enough for me to get smaller again? I'm not going to be able to workout as much cuz my circumstances changed.

As long as you spend more in energy than you take in, your weight will drop.

It's that easy.

While exercise will help, even that isn't required for you to get smaller.

If you want to look good instead of skinny and weak then exercise is desirable.

In my opinion, moderate exercise over a longer period combined with healthier eating gives better longer lasting results.

Well Catin
You're already making excuses for not working out so this adventure is doomed to failure...again. You said that "... you've cut back drastically on the fast food and sweets and overeating..." Sounds to me like you're sorta, gonna, maybe, possibly, consider thinking about doing something about your weight. You made it a point to tell us twice that you won't be putting much effort into a healthier lifestyle. I could tell you what worked for me but sadly if you're no committed and I mean seriously committed to personal change, you'll be back at Macdonald's ordering the Big Mac meal before I finish typing this. Nothing will work for you if you aren't willing to help yourself. There is no magic, just a commitment, a little hard work and exercise. That said If you find some true motivation try this... Eat what you like. Just keep it to1200 calories a day, (healthier is better obviously), and sweat and I mean SWEAT!! for 30-40 minutes a day 6-7 days a week.Walk, jog, swim, bike whatever. Remember the more you sweat the more you can add to your eating plan. Write down everything you eat with calorie content. This will give you an overall look at where you need to make changes. Don't cheat, you're only fooling yourself and don't skip workouts. Now here's the worst kept secret of losing weight. Don't eat after 6 pm. It's like a mini fast for your body and what better time to be hungry than when you're asleep? You should be losing about between 2-3 pounds a week, which is a healthy rate without starving yourself. Good luck. If you follow this lifestyle change your weight won't ever be a problem again.

I think that you just need to adjust your body to those changes. In time your body will adjust to does changes. I think drastically cutting on fast food and sweets is a bad idea. You body can't adjust to that kind of change over night. You need to cut down with the overeating slowly and exerxise at the same time. That way your body will get back to the way it was before. Maybe it will take some time, but hey, if you want it that way you gotta have a little patience.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
