Anybody know anything about bilingual CSR jobs with Western Union?

Hi. I keep seeing ads for CSR jobs with Western Union and I was wondering if anybody has any experience with them. Also, what does their language test consist of? I'd just like to have an idea before I go take it ...if I decide to. I went to their webiste but the jobs available in my area aren't posted there so I didn't get much info.

the test will be financial questions of course.
and general information. can you atriculate the names in both languages. get the social securty numbers, checking acct numbers.
basic stuff. plus explain the process of transmission of a money gram.
