One of my cats, Foosyput, is also really ferocious! \his vet history card has *VICIOUS* written in huge letters. and the reminder to sedate! He would rip the vet limb from limb if he was given the chance! Whenever he goes there, (fortunately, only twice a year, since he is a very healthy old guy.) he is given a tranquilizer through his carrier before the vet takes him out. Other than at the vet though, he is a really friendly chap, and only fights when we get ready to put him in his carrier. Then we have to resort to picking him up in a blanket so we don't get ripped to shreds! I'm actually quite a proud Mama as well, although my husband feels a bit embarrassed about his ferocity.

Well, my cat needs the vet and three assistants just to try to sedate her. She attacks every stranger that comes into my house, it seems like as a dog she defends the house or something. Now everybody is afraid or dislikes her. And she also bite her own tail, it was so bad they had to cut it.
I still love her, she can also be really sweet, but I love the fact that she's special.

My kitty acts like a dog....she hears a noise and runs to the window...it's the mailman and she growls...GRRRR literally. Whenever someone comes over she doesn't know, she growls. When she does not want to be pet, she bites and nips at me. (or my husband) I walk down the hall and she attacks my legs, ankles and feet. I have scratches and bite marks all over my legs. When we first got kitty we played with her with our hands, you should have seen my hands, every bit of both of my hands were covered in red marks from her bites. My parents were appalled I "LET" her do this to me. Things are calmer, but she is a little terrror, but she is my little terror and I LOVE HER
Oh yeah, and last time at the vet....she has to lose 3 pounds...she is only 9 months old. Guess I give her too many kitty treats!

My cat is really laid back and calm. My dog, however, has to be sedated, muzzled and restrained when he has to go to the vet. We have to bring him in on what my vet calls " Bad Dog Saturday ". They set aside one Sat a month to deal with difficult animals. They always make the appointment at 7am. That makes it difficult on me because the doggie downer pill I have to give him takes 2 to 3 hours to work. That means I have to get up at 4am.

My friend's cat bites and screams. Her other cat is quite docile. It all depends. ;)
I bet my finch is more ferocious than all of your cats. Flaps and screams all day and has some vicious-looking talons.
