The specified file was probably malware that has been removed (I'm assuming that from its random name).

There is probably a registry entry that refers to it, and that is all that needs to be removed.

Ignore the first answer to your question. He's just trying to drum up some inbound links for his website.

Give this a shot. It sounds like you have a corrupted ".dll" file that Windows XP can repair.

REPAIRING OR REINSTALLING WINDOWS XP

Turn your PC on and insert the Windows XP disk into the CD/DVD drive.

Reboot/restart the PC. This will cause the PC to boot from the XP disk and not the hard drive..

Allow the PC to run the boot up sequence. It will stop at a “black and white” screen and there will be an option to select a “repair” installation or a “full” installation.

NOTE:

If you simply want to repair/fix any and all corrupted and/or problem XP files select the “repair” option. This will only rewrite the XP files and will not affect any of your personal files or software on your PC.

If you want to Format the hard drive and rebuild it completely select the “full” installation option. Be aware that with this option you will “erase” all the files and software on that hard drive.

Select either the “repair” or “full” installation option and simply let the software run. Follow any onscreen prompts that may appear, especially during the “full” installation.

Hope this helps.

A Dll is a dynamic link library, it constitutes a library of
functions which programs have access to.

A program in your laptop startup profile requires the
library w0ba619.dll, which is either missing or
has gone corrupt.

To fix the problem you have to find a copy of w0ba6191.dll
and reload it. If you can get into Windows do a search
of the net for this dll. (If it is part of the Windows
operating system (I don't know)) you might get some joy
on the Microsoft web site.

If you can determine if its part of the Windows OS
then reloading the operating system may fix it.

Again you are faced with the problem where on disk
to place it, if it is part of Windows then it should
probably live in C:\WINDOWS, howevere if it is
part of some other program in your startup, then
it should live in that programs folder.

On thing might be worth checking is your startup
folder (the folder that contains programs to be
started on boot-up) and if this directory is not empty,
temporarily take these programs out from this
directory one at a time (don't delete them but just
move them to a temp folder from where you can
replace them) this action may identify the culpit
program.

I've done a search on my computer for that dll
and can't find it (however that doesn't say much as
I'm still using Windows ME).

Hope this helps

Regards

You do not need to re-install windows to fix this problem! Like the previous answerer said it was removed because it was malicious or part of a program that didn't uninstall correctly. You can use a program like CCleaner to scan the registry for any unneeded entries. http://www.ccleaner.com The DLL is not a windows file, reinstalling would "fix" the problem, but is completely unnecessary.
