FRIEND, You have not specified any language but simply said 'tense'. O.K. Any language must have room for tense as otherwise communications will not be possible. Any language where grammer guides the usage, it should have rules for application of 'tense'. In general, tense is referred to mean events of past, present and future. There will be no history or records of events or predictions without the use of tense. Present tense, Past tense, Future tense are the major divisions of tense and all languages are guided with the given set of rules to put them and bring them into practice. This 'tense' is useful as I said above to record any event, in chronological, current and predictable order. It makes the language rich and understandable and any message will be complete. It will have sense too.
But don't be tense. Take it easy.
