i am recieving tv through a digi box .now on the back of the digibox their is another connector called N232(9 PIN).is it possible to plug into this connection and recieve tv on my computer.OR IS THEIR ANOTHER WAY.

You should be able to use the video and sound out jacks from the digi box - the red, white and yellow ones. If you have a TV tuner card installed on your pc, this should have the appropriate input jack points for these 3 cables. Not sure about the 232 connector (that's a serial port, usually for communications on other equipment - you probably won't damage it by trying it out however!
