I am Muslim and this is what I believe. Most muslims believe the same.
All innocent children go to heaven regardless of who their parents are.

The first cases to be adjudicated between people on the Day of Judgment will be those of bloodshed [killing and injuring]

There is a reward for kindness to every living animal or human. Narrated in Saheeh Muslim, #2244, and Saheeh Al-Bukhari, #2466.

" O you men, surely we have created you of a male and a female and made you tribes and families that YE MAY KNOW EACH OTHER."--The Quran,[ 49:13 ]
" Whosoever is kind to GOD'S CREATURES, Allah is kind to him."--The Quran
" Who is the most favoured of Allah ? He from whom greatest good comes to HIS CREATURES."--The Quran
" All his creatures are Allah's family for thier subsistance is from him, therefore the most beloved of Allah is the person who does greatest good to Allah's creatures."--The Quran
" Assist any person oppressed, WHETHER MUSLIM OR NON-MUSLIM."--Mohammad
" Make peace among them with justice and act equitably, surely Allah loves those who act equitably."--The Quran [49:9]
Allah & Islam are not for Muslims only but for the whole humanity.
Therefore my answer is BIG " NO ".

Yup cept the children, they don'y really know wat theyre doing so no they won't 10 yrs or under.
Pllus I don't think all muslims think that though
