A good friend of mine did it successfully. Apparently, you dont eat anything- just maple syrup, lemon, and cayenne pepper or something like that- its supposed to be use as a detox cleanser, but you will lost around 10 to 20 lbs. The only thing is, is that she did it and lost 11 lbs in 10 days, but it all came back w/ in the following two weeks. Also, some people get really sick on it- u could look it up on yahoo and they will have a lot of information about it. type in "maple syrup diet" or anything of the ingredients plus "detox" or "cleansing"

initially, once you desire to weight-help plan, you are going to be able to desire to first comprehend what motives you to earnings weight! Carbohydrates are the gas on your physique's cells. Your physique in basic terms desires a undeniable volume of those per day. Now I truthfully do no longer propose the Adkins weight-help plan. yet attempt proscribing your Carb intake! Any greater desirable carbs taken into your physique are stored in fat cells. take a glance on the Carbohydrate volume on Maple sugar, it is going to be around 54grams Carb per a million/4 cup. way too many! attempt in basic terms eating 250 carbs an afternoon, Which interprets into, seventy 5 for breakfast, seventy 5 for lunch and seventy 5 for dinner, with whats left over for snacks in between! it is quite healthy, or maybe even with the shown fact which you may no longer get in one day outcomes, as quickly as you lose the burden, it wont come returned!

Endless diarrhea will make anyone lose weight. (Just ask anyone who's had food poisoning, dysentry, or a BAD stomach bug.) That's what this "diet" causes.

Don't do it unless you have nothing else to do but sit on the bowl. Enjoy your butt being on fire too.

it's probably from throwing up too much. i have no idea what that diet is, but maple syrup is too sweet to digest a lot at a time.

Anything sugary for me is asking for poundage! Your body needs balance, not high levels of anything. Fat and sugars are the worse. So no I wouldn't do it.
