what foods are low in potassium ie are eggs ok if the body level id too high and has to be reduced to a safer level?

It is normal for the bodies homeostatic mechanisms to be able to keep the potassium level normal. if this is failing you need an explanation as to why, and treatment of the cause.

highest source of potassium in foods is raisins. If your levels of potassium are too high, I doubt that it is the foods you are eating, natural potassium is excreted by healthy kidneys. If you do not have healthy kidneys, then you might ask your doctor about Kaexylate.
