The question is really hypothetical, since the Bible says there is noone righteous. If someone were fully righteous, then there why would God reject them? However, because no-one is righteous apart from Christ, then we need God's salvation if we are to have a right relationship with God.
BTW you don't believe in salvation, you believe in the Saviour who has achieved it for you, and in God who offers it to you.

Well, see that's a tough question. Righteous means that the person has a "right standing with God". If that is truly the case then if they die they will be with God instead of not. But it's hard to see how anyone would have a right standing with God without believing in Salvation because they would have to live as if there is one who puts them right with God (Jesus) without knowing that person. I'm not sure it's possible. Even the Jews who were born long before the coming of the Christ believed in salvation, that God would save them through Messiah and longed to see his coming.
I guess you'll have to ask God your question. I don't know the answer.

Righteous is more than good deeds. It is good deeds for the right motive. Most of us do our good deeds in order to feel good about ourselves. Good feelings makes a poor foundation for righteousness. The righteous must logically deduce that they have an obligation to do the right thing so that righteousness is not based on some feeling. Where else could that obligation be but to God? I don't know about Salvation but the righteous cannot reject God and be righteous.

According to the New Testament Scriptures, answer is no. The ransom sacrifice Jesus paid is a must for Christians to be acceptable by God. As for heaven well, that is another Q and A.
The Old Law or Hebrew Scriptures would agree with your comment. Like Abraham he was a righteous man, and he was acceptable to God.

If a person is forgiven by Jesus by the washing of His blood, then only His sins are forgiven. There is none righteous before God,
As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one; Romans 3:10
Before knowing the truth that there is really God and Jesus, I was very vague about my belief that I will go to heaven. So whenever I feel guilty my heart was burdened, but one day I felt complete deliverance and then I knew it was washed because of the blood Jesus shed on the cross.
..the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 John 1:7

You will never get a combination of not believing in the gospel message and being fully righteous, because man is not righteous. Therefore he cannot attain heaven on his own.

No one is fully rightious so the question is moot. No one goes to "heaven" either....Those who accept and recieve Salvation as given by the blood of Christ will recieve eternal life on a New Earth under and New Heaven....People in space shuttles go to heaven all the time and the space station people hang out there...all heaven is a location where stars and celestial bodies (planets, moons, stars...clovers..hehe...just kiddin'). The Bible never says that we will go to heaven when we die...it just states that our names will be written in the Lambs book of life and that means that on Judgement when all are resurrected..some will be resurrected to life while the rest will perish or be destroyed. No one is fully rightious...except for One...Jesus the Christ. Love in Christ, ~J~

It is not by doing good deeds and being self-righteous that someone qualifies to go to heaven but by believing in Jesus who knew no sin but became sin for that someone so that that someone can have God's righteousness in Christ Jesus.
Nobody goes to heaven without having God's righteousness in Christ to stand before the Father.

Romans 3:10-12 KJV
(10) As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
(11) There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
(12) They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Romans 3:23-26 KJV
(23) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
(24) Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
(25) Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
(26) To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
I am sorry to inform you no one is perfect and no one can purify themselves. Only Jesus can purify you from your imperfection.
