While I think I know which one of them is senior, he isn't the person who hired me. Should I give in my notice to the person who interviewed me?

It's pretty casual employment, being front of house at a theatre, but I want to get this right...

I think you should hand your resignation letter to your senior manager although it doesn't matter. And as you said it is a pretty casual employment.
Best of luck!

Usually your direct line manager, but you could cc. the others in if you were really overly anxious about it. Just write it politely and make sure you thank them for the post and opportunity they gave you.......you may think you have seen the last of them, but your paths may well cross again in the future.
Good Luck

Give it to the person who hired you. CC the other two managers.

Send it to the personnel manger with courtesy copies to the other two.

Don't resign in haste. Make sure you are sure.
