It's very hard if you are not a native speaker. Some native speakers have terrible grammar also. Just keep on practicing and I'm sure you'll do fine.

Well you can always post sentences you are unsure of on here, there are millions of grammar nazi's that would be more than happy to help you. Plus I'm sure the longer you speak it the more familiar you will become w/ slang, word placement and order, etc. good luck!

you just have to keep working to become fluent and pay a lot of attention to detail.
a lot of times it doesn't matter. if you talk like you know what your talking about and be confident that you are not making a mistake or that you're making that mistake on purpose while you are speaking, then you could get away with it. when you write, that's when you should be correct. english is a very hard language to master, so i wouldn't really worry about it. many americans don't speak it perfectly.
