I can only tell you that you should not care what someone thinks of how you look but keep this in mind you were made for some special reason and all of your features were no accident god makes everything good I don't know but if you can see, feel, smell, hear you have a lot to thankful for.
Now on another take as a woman I can tell you if you have a great personality and are neat clean and smell good a woman won't mind about you being some cookie cut out!

Just smile and be friendly. Bring in donuts. Or get some flowers and give one to each lady (don't try to act like you have favorites). Compliment them in a nice way. (Don't act creepy.) No one is ugly and if you smile and act nice, people will get to know you in time. Apparently you got the job, so somebody likes you!

well i have never seen many ugly guys out there if you hae a problem with your looks its proably only you. i am sorry but if you went to doctor and talked you may find out you are not. there are so many out there with all types of depression and simple talking and meds can help that.

If one is convince that he is ugly chances are that is what others will think too.
So try change your outlook and see if people will react differently.

By the women "not" saying anything. they'd let you know if they thought you looked good. They'd say nothing if they thought you were ugly.
