I'm just going to assume this isn't a joke...
Half those questions need to be answered by you through experience. It doesn't hurt at all, except you might feel a little sore after the first time you do it. But after that it doesn't hurt at all.
When you say "stop it" I'm assuming you mean the orgasm.. you can't really stop it unless you've done it a lot and have practiced. It's hard to do because it's reflexive.
