YES! GO TO THE VET RIGHT NOW! I volunteer with several rescues, please get the worms under control or it will kill them.
This is very serious so please do something right now. This is late stage infection! Go to an emergency vet if you can.
ROUNDWORMS (Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina) are the most common type of worm to infect the animal kingdom. These are usually 2 to 4 inches long, tan or white “spaghetti-like” creatures with tapered ends. If a roundworm burden is heavy, a cat may vomit these worms or pass them (whole) in the stool. Witnessing an event like this will often result in a panic call to the veterinarian. In addition to causing vomiting and diarrhea, roundworms can have an effect on a cat’s overall health and appearance. Kittens infected with roundworms will have a potbellied, bloated look to them and may be constantly hungry. Although uncommon, roundworms can actually become so numerous that they create an intestinal blockage so that stool cannot pass. Roundworms are zoonotic (can be transferred to humans) and can cause an infection known as “Visceral Larva Migrans,” that may result in inflammation of muscle tissue and blindness. For this reason, feces should be scooped from the litter box daily and disposed of in the household trash. Anthelmintics (de-wormers) that are frequently used to treat roundworms are pyrantel pamoate, fenbendazole and piperazine. Let’s hope your kitties never need them.

it is infested with worms. If there is worms in it is abdomen why does not vomit have worms in it? He in all possibility ate some form of stay prey that had them. That or if she's a youthful kitten then she became born with them from her mom. the two way, get this cat to the vet ASAP so the vet can determine what form of worms she has and supply her the perfect, risk-free therapy. do no longer handle her with poisonous dewormers from WalMart or the puppy keep. And in case you are able to, positioned a number of what she puked up in a bag or a minimum of take a image of the worms so which you would be able to coach this to the vet.

It is a good idea to deworm the poor thing asap instead of losing time here on teh internet. Buy Drontal and give it to him.
Oh, and don't feed it garlic as a previous post said, it may cause serious aneamia and blood thinning to your cat.
PS. .Sorry about before, I confused roundworms with ringworm. roundworms are intestinal parasites.

Well for one a cat cannot vomit roundworms. If you are referring to tape worms then yes, they reside in the animals intestines. If your cat is vomiting tapeworms then you need to get him/her to a vet as soon as possible for treatment because it means that they have an intestinal problem.

It needs dewormed NOW. If you don't have much money chop up garlic, mix with something the cat will get and feed it to the poor thing. You may have to force feed it. Repeat for a few days.
