The structure of the universe, with all its energy if it is called God, then the concept of God beocomes so unsatisfying for some! there is no point in praying to the laws of gravity!

I thought it had just become a boring topic... I mean, how many times can people ask, "If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys blah blah blah..."

... it gets old after a while.

For me, with evolution theories about man's origins it is more a case of, unsatisfying, based on what I can observe and experience.
I can see that species will and have adapted and evolved into more survival forms (or become extinct) and I can see that there is a chain of lower life forms supporting higher life forms.
But this man suddenly "evolving" from apes theory requires the same kind of "belief" that you seem to invalidate in religion.

Bottom line if we actually evolved from ape life forms how come there are still lots of apes around, living and surviving well.....not "evolving" into anything different.
When will they start evolving into men and women?
If there is no reason for them to do so now why would they have done so in the past?

To me this is not emotionally but logically unsatisfying.

All scientists get "emotionally related" to their theories to a level. whether, while they present day their information and theories (in papers, or as a verbal substitute at a convention) *different* scientists deconstruct the theories and make certain whether *they* think of they're credible or no longer. this is named "peer evaluate" and is the approach by using which a scientific consensus is reached: in reality, the theories must be supported by using many diverse scientists formerly they are able to be seen credible. via fact it demands assorted people to help the assumption, any emotional attachment is going out the window interior the face of objectivity. whether, in case you're asking why evolutionists argue for evolution quite of creationism - properly, it is not blind "emotional attachment", via fact evolution isn't every physique scientist's concept from now on: this is a consensus held by using ninety 5% of all scientists in the process all disciplines, and that has been seen the ideal type for over a hundred years now. each and all of the evolutionists are doing this is attempting to describe why opposite recommendations are no longer scientifically supported. it incredibly is somewhat like the exasperation you may sense if (for example) somebody insisted that Canada replaced into truthfully area of the u . s . a ., and saved insisting it replaced into the case, no rely the type you tried to tell them their thought replaced into incorrect.

People who are not interested in facts, people who are lazy to think and analyse, people who doesn't want to give work for their brain, people who are happy to live in darkness, people who are satisfied with false reasons are the ones who will dismiss evolutionary theory outright without a thought. They belong to the class of people who once happily believed that world is flat and not round, who once happily believed that everything revolved around the earth. They want it that way because it is easy to think. Simplicity and emotion comes first before accuracy. You can't simply dismiss a theory because you dont like it. You can dismiss a theory only if it is not backed by solid evidence or if there is some stronger alternate theory to disprove it.

If you are serious about proving evolutionary theory wrong, you must some how show that all the evolutionary evidence like fossils, living fossils, DNA match, anatomical evidence etc etc are wrong. Usually couch potatoes who doesn't know enough science making useless statements are not ready for this venture.

I find the evolutionary theory reasonably satisfying to me. Illiterates must know that evolutionary is 100% real. Other theories are baseless theories proposed for just emotional and spiritual satisfaction. If you are a fact based person vote for evolutionary theory.

NOW WHAT U HAVE ASKED IS A VERY VAST TOPIC WHOSE CONCLUSION IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO DERIVE.
SOME QUESTIONS DOESN'T END UP HAVING NO UNANIMOUS VIEW.
.....
........
.................BUT FOR THE ONE U HAVE ASKED.........

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT IF WE COMPARE NON-LIVING AND LIVING THINGS THEN WE BOTH ARE MADE UP OF......:

ATOMS -> MOLECULES AND THEN N.L. JUST APPEARS AS THE WHOLE SUBSTANCE AND LIVING ONES GROW TISSUES, ORGANS AND THEN ORGAN SYSTEMS.
.
.
.
.
HOW A MOLECULE GREW TO TISSUES... AND SO ON ? FOR THIS QUESTION U DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER, THERE THE ROLE GOD STARTS WHICH CAN'T BE EXPLAINED.

NOW IF U CONSIDER ONLY.................
.
.
INDIA
.
THEN I WILL SAY THAT IN COUNTRY OF ORTHODOX SOCIETY (earlier it was and even now some people are orthodox), A COUNTRY WHERE PEOPLE USUALLY DOESN'T CONDEMN EARLIER IDEAS HOW CAN U MAKE EVERYONE BELIEVE THE ACTUAL FACT -
"THE THEORY OF EVOLUTION".

HUBBLE'S LAW OF EXPANDING UNIVERSE IS A GOOD EXPLANATION.....AND THEN THE OTHER EXPLANATIONS REGARDING THE FORMATION OF UNIVERSE AND ITS TRUCTURE ARE REASONABLE........

ONLY THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T STUDIED IN SCHOOLS DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IT IS EXACTLY LIKE.

MOREOVER U HAVE GIVEN A NARROW VIEW TO QUESTION BY TAKING UNIVERSE AS THE ONLY REASON TO WORSHIP GOD.......................

NOBODY WORSHIPS GOD OR BELIEVES IN HIM BECAUSE OF THE UNIVERSE................THEY HAVE OTHER REASONABLE, SENSIBILY CORRECT REASONS AND EXPLANATIONS FOR THIS.............WHICH ARE BEYOND SCIENCE.

To a degree, certainly.
But C S Lewis (in "The funeral of a great myth") is good, even superb, in showing there is a *mythical* view of evolution, well detached from scientific technicalities as he admits, which many people and generations have found satisfying, stimulating. "Progress", "Change" are its banner words.

The odd thing is the *myth* is false, but it's appeal, it's life, is to a fair degree independent of the truth or otherwise of the scientific case for evolution.
It's becoming one with the tales of the Greek and Norse Gods. It's evoked with every advertisment that claims a product has "evolved" to be better, faster, stronger, or worst of all, simply "more cool".

Good point but you should consider that, in spite of so many massess throughout history, all over the world having proffessed somewhat similiar mystic, illogical, unscientific, "from the heart" beliefs in supernatural, "creator" beings, then science proves that most of the things written by their prophets are just blatantly wrong, this does not necessarilly mean that there is positively, beyond a shadow of a doubt, no God, it may just mean that their yearning cannot be explained; maybe, just maybe they aren't getting it right. We couldn't get it right in the 20th century, so we can't expect them to get it right so long ago. Religious people will argue this point, but you've got to think, "If God really exists and he's dying for us to worship "him" (obviously not so meek himself), then why couldn't he just wait a couple of thousand years for this present media to exist, since "He" supposedly knows everything and would know CNN would exist in a flash of "His" time, and THEN send his ONLY son to die, so that more people would know the truth, instead of killing each other on "His" behalf, or sit around wondering, " Is it Jesus, is it Mohammed or the Jews? I don't know, maybe Bhudda..." There are simply so many wonderful teachers and philosophers in our history for anyone with a "God-given" brain (if I may), to believe that only one of these many wonderful things is correct. Maybe we just haven't gotten it right yet? Maybe, just maybe there is no stupid God, just stupid people; but, maybe, just maybe there is a "God", he just ain't stupid, stupid! Maybe evolution was "His" idea? We cannot possibly understand the inner-workings, which could be us, of an entity so great, it would melt our minds to know.Maybe.

Actually I find the theory of evolution very emotionally satisfying. We grew out of this earth rather than arriving on it like birds on a branch. We are a part of this earth, the earth is a part of us.

Yes, it is emotionally unsatisfying for some people, definitely. That doesn't make it false. Nature is indifferent, that hurts some people.

It's like Prince said, "You're on your own!"
