GO TO THE HOSPITAL. they have a special machine that sucks things out (think little kids with marbles up their nose or peas in their ear)

If you have a friend, you can probably use a straw, but DON'T POKE ANYTHING. Your eardrum is super sensitive and can respond badly to any irritation. I seriously would just go to the hospital so that you don't risk damaging your ear.

Get a friend to look with a magnify glass if necessary. If they clearly see it, go for it carefully with tweezers. If not, try to find a magnet the size that would just sit in your ear without pushing. This might just be enough to coax it out. If this fails, don't try anything else....call and make an appointment as soon as possible with your doctor. Explain the situation when calling. Going to the ER is overkill and not necessary. (Will be a whopper bill for such a small thing.)

If you can see it from just looking from your mirror then lean that ear to woreds the floor and CAREFULLY take tweezers and rake it out. Do not let the tip of the tweezers go more than a few centimeters. If you cant see it I say go to the ER anything else could cause you permanent damage. Good Luck

You will probably have to irrigate your ear to get it out. You can use a dropper and squirt warm saline in your ear, and then tip to the side to let the saline drain out. Or, you can try a bulb syringe (the kind you use to suction out a baby's nose)... just make sure you squeez out the air BEFORE you put it in your ear (otherwise the puff of air might blow it farther in).

DON'T try to stick your finger in there, or a q-tip (hopefully you haven't done these things) because that will only push it in deeper.

But possibly, this is worthy of a Dr. office visit. Not emergency room ($2000), but office visit ($150).

If the canine is over six months old, now not something you do is going to restoration the ear set greater often than now not. because of the fact of this dobermans, collies, tremendous danes, shetland sheep canines and maximum terrier breeds start up having their ears taped, braced, glued etc. as little doggies. in case you get carry of this canine as a educate high quality canine, you may desire to touch the breeder. feels like that she won't be educate high quality because her ears did now not set to the breed usual. you will desire to get a number of your purchase fee back.

An Ear - Nose- and Throat Specialist will have the proper tools to remove it. Set up an appointment. Foreign objects in your ear may not be healthy! =)

If you have a friend and a pair of tweezers, and the friend can SEE the earring, then let them remove it. Do not use fingers, a swab, or anything else. If it can't be seen, go to the ER to have it removed. DO NOT leave it in there.

That's what happened to me a few years ago. I had to go to the hospital and they removed it by cutting the bottom part of where my ear was pierced.

my ears grew over my earing the second time I got them pierced, my brother had to kind of pry it out and it hurt like a beast, but I'm glad it's not still in there. If you're too scared about the pain of that go get it removed by a doc

if you can't make it fall out by tilting your head i'd suggest you go to the doctor before it goes too far and possably damages your eardrum.
