This depends on a lot of factors. I have seen some smaller breeds that had pups in the past and you would never know it by the appearance of their mammary glands. If you continue to breed your dog or let her get accidently pregnant, the skin and teats will continue to stretch out a little more each time. If this breeding was a one time thing and you can get the pups Completely weaned and get her weight down to healthy pre-pregnancy weight with exercise, she could regain most of her figure. Most breeds should be totally weaned off mom's milk before 7 weeks unless they are a toy breed.
I always started offering wet food at the age of 3 weeks to the pups and mom usually got them off of her between 4 and 5 weeks. With her allowing them to continue to use her body at this later age, it can cause more stretching because at this age the pups are extremely vigorous with trying to get at her milk and they can actually drag around hanging onto her teats while she is trying to escape. So are you putting her in with the pups or is she breaking in to get to them?
You can help her to dry up by fasting her for one day, then give her 1/2 her normal food the next, then regular food on the 3rd day. While she is fasting, be sure to keep her completely separated her from the pups! She can see them through fence or glass door if you wish but don't allow them to get close enough to nurse her! The more they suck, the more milk she will produce. If she is a new mom, she may just not know how to wean them or even may be nursing them to please You!
Once weaning is complete and she appears to have stopped producing milk, she can run with her pups again. It may be a good idea to spray 'Bitter Apple' down along her stomach skin so if any pup attempts to nurse, it will get a bitter taste and quit. You can find this stuff at the big chain pet stores or a lot of smaller pet stores as well. Even some vet clinics carry it or something close to it. Just call around and I am sure you can find it.
She will most likely come back into heat the first week of November. She should be 'rested' during this heat or plan to have her spayed by about the third week of October to allow her body time to tuck back up, but not allowing enough time for the next heat cycle to start up. Between now and then she should get good high performance exercise and just a normal amount of food. This will help her to spring back into condition by the time her surgery is scheduled.
If you have no intention of spaying her then you will just have to get used to the look of a brood-*****.

Her nipples will go back to normal, they are a lot like human. She is going to need excercise and well basically walking...
My chihuahuas used to hang really bad. As we started to walk her more and the puppies went from nipple to hard food they just shrunk.
Hope that helped

Yes, they will go back to normal. They may be a little more saggy than before but, they will return to a normal size.

They will never go back to pre-pregnancy appearance.. They will shrink back but they will always be slightly larger than what they were.

They will shrink some, but not completely. She will get most of her girlish figure back, but her body will forever be changed by motherhood.
