Based entirely on teachings, I'd have to say Buddhism.

From what I remember reading, I would think Hindu. What I take this from basically revolves around Mahatma Gandhi, who preached non-violent civil disobedience. Now I know he was a political figure in history, but the truth is he was a very devout Hindu as well.

I'd say Pastafarianism is pretty non-violent and friendly, but Buddhism would be one of the most non-violent as they teach you not to harm any living things.

I don't think I've ever met an unfriendly Hindu...but I can't be sure that everyone I thought was Hindu really was Hindu.
I've only met a couple of buddhists in college, but they were both very nice. They spoke very little English.

The final aim of a Hindu is to merge into God
Hinduism gives full liberty to its follower to worship God in any form they like, as Father, as Mother, as Beloved or as friend
Hinduism does not condemn Non-hindus to hell
Hinduism do not believe in conversions by sword or reward
Hindus do not reject/condemn other faiths...as they believe all religions point towards truth...as all rivers rush towards ocean
Yoga and Meditation are the greatest gifts of hinduism to the humanity
Hindus philosophy of religion is found in Upanishadas which mainly deal in the mysteries of Universe, Life, Death and God
Hinduism has mainly 4 Branches
Shakta (worship God as Mother-eternal energy),
Shaivaites (worship God as Shiva-the supreme Consciousness),
Vaishnava (worship Krishna as the supreme God),
Tantriks (The highest philosophy of hindus..but deformed due to misinformation)

Many of the Unitarian Universalists I know are peace activists, and are quite friendly. Also Buddhism, the Bahá'í faith, Quakers, Reform Judaism, Moravians, Wicca, and many of the historically pacifistic Christian churches.

buddhist don't even kill their demons . instead they try to turn the demons good so they could one day acsend to heaven too.
and please the demon in taoism and buddhim isnt those in the bible and do note that taosim and buddhism do share some characters , i dont know why.
i dont know where is it in taoism or buddhism , a buddha purposely went to the deepest level of hell get burn and totured too, the 18th level of hell to pray for the souls there so that they could one day get release too. thats how much a buddha love everything . see the contrast ?
in buddhim theres goddess of mercy , and also in taoism too.

Amish people. I don't remember the correct name for their religious beliefs but they practice non-violence in daily life.

All religions are friendly and preaches non violence. It is your knowledge of analysing the sayings.
