Hi, Molly. Glad to be of help. My husband is diabetic. 1. Everyday. 2. Depends on how many servings, how much there is, and whether there is a (much) lower-priced option that isn't sugar free. 3. No. 4. Artificial sweetener, Jello, pudding, baked goods, jams and jellies, candy. 5. Fair trade (we recycle all cardboard and #1 and #2 plastic). 6. Yes. 7. Yes, baked goods aren't as tasty. 8. Half and half. The really sweet stuff like jams, jellies, and artificial sweeteners are great. Ice cream and maple syrup are as good. Baked goods aren't usually as good. 9. About 6.

5. Not a lot, I don't make carrot sticks and pretend they're snacks. I wait for my meal or eat a proper snack if I'm hungry.
6. If you mean carrot & cellery sticks, I like them in a salad or soup yes but I don't consider them snacks. I almost never have crisps
For snacking, I maybe have a slice of cheese, silken tofu, occassionally yougurt, chocolate etc..
7. I like snakes they're cool, I'm not sure what they're like with fruit. ;-P ok, yes I like fruit a lot, fruit are my snack of choice
8. At a distance, snakes are cool but they still creap me out a little. ;-P I like both it really depends on my mood.
10. Yes, I have a ton. I make sorbets, parfaits, cookies & tofu stuff, as snacks go. Otherwise, it's just plain fruit.

you can make your own granola with oats, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, almonds, raisins, or whatever ya wanna put in there. put in on a baking sheet and bake it.
