She's had it for a while now and it just keeps getting bigger. It doesn't cause her any pain though even when I push on it. It's squishy...almost like it's filled with fluid.

you need to take her to a vet, no one her can tell you what is wrong with her.
Dogs have a strong threshold for pain so she could be in pain so best answer is to take her to the vet.

It could be a fatty tumor- a lot of dogs grow them as they get
older. They are sorta round and do feel squishy, but you
should have the vet look at it to be sure. My dog had a
fatty tumor on her chest - it was right where her harness
lay and would get rubbed and irritated, so I was talking to
my vet about having it removed. I also mentioned that a mole
on her butt looked different- that turned out to be a mast cell
tumor, one of the most common tumors dogs get. For a
small bump about 1/4" she ended up with a 4" incision,
to make sure that the cancer was all gone. That was scary.
They also took the fatty tumor off just to make sure it was
a fatty tumor (it was) but now I have to keep an eye out for
any new growths. So a vet visit is the best thing to do, its
worth the cost to make sure your pet will stay healthy.

Herniated belly button??? Shouldn't play with it... You'll want to take her to the vet and have it repaired when she is being spayed.. It's a genetic problem, she will produce puppies with the same problem..
